Well, it’s been a long time since I’ve posted on the BLCC page. Much of this is due to me joining the Thriveworks Counseling and Coaching practice in Charlotte, NC. For anyone who has liked this page in hopes of seeking support, please know you can reach myself and many other clinicians through that site. As far as BLCC goes, I’m shifting plans for what this space looks like. I’ll be posting more online and sharing more updates as I parse through the details. ‘Til then, continue to live bravely!

If you are someone with financial need, please consider using Open Path to seek mental health services. It only costs $59 for a lifetime membership, and then sessions range from $30-$60 for individual counseling. Those are highly reduced fees! Please check out my profile on there!
