📚✏️🍎 Back-to-school season is here! Is your child’s sleep schedule ready?

Our own Dr. Matthew Samarel recently shared his advice with WCNC Charlotte on how parents can help kids transition from summer break to a school-year routine. Dr. Samarel recommends to start adjusting bedtimes and wake-up times gradually at least a week before school starts to make those early mornings a little easier.
