Most of time, people on a spiritual journey are trying to understand or determine their gifts.

One of my favorite things about working on people, pets and places is that each one gives me a gift.

The gift can be a new way to see things or life. A new experience with a guide, loved one, or even a spirit animal. I am always so grateful for the experience of being a witness to their healing or understanding of how their body mind or spirit has process or stored something.

I love exploring and learning new things.

Sometimes it is from something I watch, a book I read, a person I talk to, or even a new experience while working on someone.

This is one of the many ways that I expand my light.

Hi I'm Shelly and I'm a Reiki Master.

Taking Reiki 1 was how I was experimenting to determine if energy healing was real.

I loved how you could combine intuition and Reiki to share messages.

At first I was following the rules as my Type A personality felt most comfortable, but after practicing and gaining confidence I now offer a blend of all of the classes and training and my intuition guides me during session for clients.

After more than 7 years, I still do not get over how amazing it is when I hear (my strongest sense) what and where to go in someone's body.

A few years ago I traveled to Sedona. My intuition took me to a session that utilized Uttati oils. After reflecting on my session, I contacted the practitioner and signed up for training.

These oils can be used to visit past lives, bring in activation for the masculine or the feminine, or work on the chakras.

My favorite...have them take me on a meditation journey using multiple oils to connect pieces of the story or message.

I've sat with each oil, getting to know it and understand how it works and where it works, so I can incorporate them for others as a tool for healing.

There are lots of books that describe how the body keeps track of our experiences. There are also many ways to release the emotions that got trapped within our body.

Emotion Code is one of the ways I learned to understand how my body processed information and situations.

Now while working with someone in a session, I can look for and identify those emotions that occurred at a particular age and help a client release and understand how they feeling that may not have been obvious at the time.
