Remember “The Tortoise and the Hare”? There’s a reason I’ve always loved that story—and turtles. 🐢

For me, the turtle represents patience, strength, resilience, and the determination to keep moving forward at your own pace.

That’s how I’ve built my LiveGood business for over FOUR YEARS.

One conversation. One follow-up. One post. One person helped. One day at a time.

I’ve been consistent. I’ve been persistent. And I have NEVER quit.

You haven’t seen me disappear and pop back up three months later announcing that I’m ready to work again. You’ve seen me SHOW UP, each and every day, and keep building.

Through distractions, through challenges, through days when it would’ve been easier to coast—I kept going. I’ve kept my eyes on my goals and refused to let the noise steer my business.

💎 FROM 35 PERSONAL ENROLLMENTS TO DIAMOND. 🇪🇨

This is the story that really stood out to me during the LiveGood Firestarter Friday Zoom call on October 2, 2026.

Meet Hector Tituaña from Ecuador 🇪🇨, one of LiveGood’s newest DIAMOND rank achievers. 💎

But the most interesting part of his story?

He didn’t personally enroll hundreds or thousands of people.

According to the numbers shared during the Zoom call, Hector joined LiveGood in March 2023 and personally enrolled 35 people in total.

🔥 29 in 2023
🔥 4 in 2024
🔥 1 in 2025
🔥 1 in 2026

35 total.

Think about that for a moment.

If growth depended only on personal recruitment, you might assume he needed to personally enroll hundreds—or even thousands—to reach Diamond.

But that isn’t what happened.

What happened after those initial enrollments became the bigger part of the story:

DUPLICATION. 🔁

Someone heard about LiveGood.

Someone learned how to share it, too.

Then someone helped another person.

And that person helped someone else.

Eventually, it wasn’t just Hector’s personal growth—it was growth throughout his organization.

According to Ben Glinsky during the call, Hector’s organization demonstrated significant depth. His story was shared as an example of why duplication matters so much in this kind of business.

One of the best statements from the call was:

“Everything stems from Bronze.” 🥉

Because the goal isn’t simply:

“How many people can I enroll?”

A better question is:

“How many people can I help learn to do what I’m doing?”

That’s a completely different mindset.

After 29 personal enrollments in his first year, his personal enrollment numbers decreased in the following years.

But the organization he helped start continued developing.

And now…

🇪🇨 ECUADOR HAS A NEW DIAMOND. 💎

For me, this is one of the most important lessons from his story:

You don’t necessarily have to do everything yourself forever.

You start.

You learn.

You share.

You help people.

Then you teach the people who want to build how to do the same.

That’s how a business can potentially grow beyond one person’s individual effort.

It doesn’t happen overnight.

It isn’t magic.

And it definitely isn’t guaranteed.

It takes time, consistency, leadership, teamwork, and duplication.

But Hector’s journey gives us a real example of what can happen when an organization begins growing beyond the person who originally started it.
