Sometimes you just get the urge for some chicken nuggets!

Most store bought chicken nuggets are par-fried so even when you check to make sure your nuggets are seed oil free when, industries par-fry in canola oil or soybean oil they don't have to disclose those ingredients on the label 😳

Ingredients:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tb of coconut oil (some extra for coating nuggets)

Directions:
1. mix together all ingredients in a bowl
2. shape into small balls/ nuggets
3. place on wire rack for air-fryer
4. coat with coconut oil
5. air-fry for 10 minutes, flipping half way through
6. then enjoy!!!!
