I wasn’t planning on doing a stretch session that day.

I was out exploring commercial spaces as I continue building Holistic Stretch Therapy here in Charlotte.

During the conversation, he mentioned stiffness, limited mobility, and how much harder movement had become over the years.

One thing led to another and we got some work in.

Sometimes business isn’t about sales.
It’s about showing up, serving people, and letting the work speak for itself.

Miami wasn’t just palm trees and yacht views 🌴

It was lessons. Networking. Master classes. New techniques. Bigger conversations. Bigger vision.

The beach pop-up didn’t go as planned because we didn’t have permits… but that was part of the lesson too. Adapt. Learn. Keep moving.

A lot of people quit when something goes wrong. I’m trying to build something bigger than one moment.
