CHARLOTTE NC AND SURROUNDING AREAS!!!

I normally don’t take the time to write negative reviews, but I feel other service providers should know about my experience.

I provided cleaning services for this company under an agreement, and the work was completed as agreed. There is currently an outstanding balance of $434 for the completed services.

I made multiple attempts to resolve the payment issue directly and give the company an opportunity to handle the matter professionally. A payment was initiated through Bill.com, but that payment was ultimately canceled, and the balance remains unpaid.

My concern is not simply the amount owed. It is the amount of time and effort I have had to spend following up on payment for work that was already completed. As a service provider, I expect agreed-upon payment terms to be honored without having to repeatedly request payment.

At this point, I have decided to stop going back and forth and handle the matter through the appropriate channels. If the balance remains unpaid, I intend to pursue recovery of the $434 and any costs that may legally be recoverable.

This review reflects my personal experience doing business with this company. I am sharing it so other independent contractors and service providers can make informed decisions and ensure that payment terms and collection procedures are clearly documented before accepting work.

And since she is NOT responding. I will not take matters a different way!!!!!
