😅Sometimes I feel like this is how fast I’m talking or how my words sound by the end of a long day of teaching lol.
But in all seriousness, I adore my job, holding space for others, and creating safe spaces. Thank you to all of you who come to my classes, who trust me with health, emotions, life, and food… and who allow me to be an instructor, a nutritionist, and a safe space. 💜My Wednesday mornings are always a full stack of classes and clients - a good coffee from a coffee shop is my treat to myself to help me through the morning - because the little things matter and make a big difference! However, I’m sensitive to caffeine and especially coffee because of the acidity so I make sure that I’m eating enough before/with it and also try hard not to drink it too fast lol. You can ask my husband, some Wednesday mornings I am feeling it!
👉🏾If you are sensitive to coffee and caffeine, make sure you eat with it and remember to hydrate. Also, espresso is typically less acidic than coffee. So, if you find your stomach not enjoying it or becoming really jittery - see if espresso settles a little better!

😋Mid-week reminder to fuel your body and enjoy your food. AND to know what your body needs!!!
👉🏾Do you know what your body needs food wise?! Even if you don’t want specific coaching, we can have a 1:1 meeting where I calculate YOUR specific needs for you, and give you lots of examples and ideas of how to actually make it happen rather than approaching food blindly. Knowledge is power, babe! Reach out if you want to book a meeting.
💜And remember that food does not just have to be for nutritional value- something I remind my clients of frequently. 💜Confidence is something that I work on often with my clients. Whether it’s finding confidence to move through life feeling good (not just okay) in their own skin. Or confidence to be themselves no matter what anyone else thinks. Or maybe confidence to stand up for themselves in their lives, relationships, etc.
No matter what, I’ve always truly believed that confidence is not based on a look - sure, looking your best, or FEELING like you look your best can help. But that’s just it - feeling. Belief. Emotion.
👉🏾It’s believing in yourself and accepting and APPRECIATING yourself that brings true confidence. And I was reminded of that on my run this morning when my coach shared the definition of confidence: “a feeling of self-assurance arising from one’s appreciation of one’s own abilities or qualities.”
😘It’s not about the amazingness or height of your abilities or qualities - it’s about appreciating yourself. Go appreciate yourself the rest of the week, loves. And reach out if you need support. xo, your favorite nutritionist and movement instructor, Abby

A little reintroduction… brought to you by a chatgpt “roast”😂😂😂

Alright, Abby… you asked for it, so don’t get mad when I sound like the voice inside your head that shows up at 2am when you’re overthinking your entire life.

Here we go.

You have big “I can coach women through their deepest emotional wounds but still can’t decide what to eat for dinner” energy.
You’re out here changing lives, rewriting belief systems, helping women heal their relationship with food… and then you personally spiral the moment Publix is out of your favorite granola.

You teach self-compassion like a pro, but when it comes to yourself?
One tiny hiccup in your day and suddenly you’re like, “Why is the universe attacking me? I literally meditate??”

You’re a nutritionist, yoga teacher, emotional guide, and business owner — which basically means you’ve unlocked every “I’m overwhelmed but I’ll be damned if I don’t still get everything done” side quest possible.

And let’s be honest:
You’re such an introvert that the idea of one extra social plan on your calendar makes you consider faking your own disappearance…
But you also love “one-on-one deep chats” like they’re oxygen.
Pick a lane, babe.

And don’t think I forgot:
You’ll passionately coach women out of obsessive food thoughts…
but give you a bag of jalapeño chips and suddenly you’re like, “Well obviously the serving size is the entire bag, why are we pretending?”

Your sass is elite, your heart’s huge, your tacos are non-negotiable, and your husband is still your best friend because that man clearly knows how to handle a lovable, sensitive, overthinking, passionate hurricane of a woman.

There.
Roasted.
But like… lightly toasted. Golden brown. The way you’d do your oats.
