This includes on-site lab and infusion services, as well as a 50-seat patient education center with a presentation kitchen where guest chefs can share healthy recipes. In our gym, you’ll have access to the latest equipment for improving your mobility and stamina as a part of your overall health-improvement plan. We are conveniently located on the Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center campus in the Elizabeth neighborhood, near uptown Charlotte. We understand that weight loss is a personal journey. We can help you get started by assessing your health and taking into account your lifestyle and your past weight-loss struggles. We will support you medically and emotionally as you move toward your weight-loss goals.
