Angelic Touch Sports & Therapeutic Massage (ATSTM) focuses on the health and well being of athletes as well as the general population. The purpose of Angelic Touch Sports & Therapeutic Massage is to provide an overall well-being improving functional mobility, increasing ROM for optimal performance, and to provide stress relief and relaxation among our clients. With a background in the Exercise Sport Science Field, this service mainly focuses its attention to athletes by offering sport massage/sports therapy. Also, having experience in physical therapy as well, has led me to believe that incorporating sports/deep tissue massage into my treatments will promote a better recovery of various sports injuries in athletes. While administering pain/injury management for pre/post workouts, I believe these services will offer a natural approach to better health.

There’s something special about pouring back into the people who are building, creating, leading, and making things happen in our community.

We had the opportunity to bring AURÈ to the rooftop and provide complimentary chair massages during an evening of networking and connection.

Because entrepreneurs and business owners spend so much time showing up for everyone else… sometimes, they deserve a moment to pause, reset, and be poured into too.

For us, wellness goes beyond the treatment room. It’s about community, connection, and creating intentional moments of care wherever we go.

A little networking, a little relaxation, and a whole lot of good energy.

Special s/o to the family over Professional Network Central for having us! S/o to Charlotte Wedding + Event Content Creator for capturing these special moments. Lexus Burton for assisting and helping out. Book her for all things esthetic. See you next time. 🫶🏾

This is AURÈ — wellness, beyond the walls.

A little overdue... but worth celebrating. 🤍

Somehow I let my 10-year anniversary as a Massage Therapist come and go without saying a word. Looking back through these memories reminded me just how far this journey has taken me.

From house calls to owning a wellness space. From long days and uncertain seasons to full schedules, loyal clients, awards, collaborations, and countless lives touched through bodywork.

This career has given me so much more than a job—it has given me purpose, lifelong relationships, and the opportunity to serve others while continuously growing myself.

To every client who’s trusted my hands, referred a friend, prayed for me, supported my vision, or simply believed in me... thank you.

You are a part of this story.

Here’s to 10+ years of healing, learning, building, and becoming.

The best is still ahead. 🤎✨

✨ June is officially here… my birthday month. ✨
This year feels a little different.

I’m celebrating another trip around the sun while counting down the weeks until our baby girl makes her grand entrance. 🎀

Between growing a business, growing a family, and preparing for this next chapter, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.

All month long, we’re celebrating at with client appreciation, giveaways, special surprises, and a whole lot of love.

Thank you for supporting my dream, trusting my hands, and being part of this journey with me. 🤍

Here’s to healing, growth, motherhood, and making every moment count before baby girl arrives. ✨

Respectfully… the answer is “NO…”🤣😫

Daily life lately... 🤰🏽✨

Growing a baby, managing a business, and helping my clients feel their best—one session at a time.

This season has taught me a lot about slowing down, giving myself grace, and accepting help when I need it.

I’m thankful for clients who ask about baby girl, bring snacks, tell me to sit down, and continue supporting my small business through it all. 🤍

Baby girl will be here before we know it, but until then, we’re still showing up.

To all my amazing clients—thank you for your grace, patience, and understanding as I navigate being both a mother and a business owner. 🌸

Some days it’s peaceful massages… some days it’s massages with my toddler making surprise appearances 😅

But your continued support means more than you know.

Thank you for allowing me the space to care for my family while still doing what I love.

This Mother’s Day, I’m especially grateful for each of you. 🤍

Motherhood and entrepreneurship aren’t always easy, but they’re both my greatest blessings.

Mamacita is tired… respectfully. 😅💐
