With a background in the Exercise Sp

ort Science Field, this service mainly focuses its attention to athletes by offering sport massage/sports therapy. Also, having experience in physical therapy as well, has led me to believe that incorporating sports/deep tissue massage into my treatments will promote a better recovery of various sports injuries in athletes. While administering pain/injury management for pre/post workouts, I believe these services will offer a natural approach to better health.

This year feels a little different.

I’m celebrating another trip around the sun while counting down the weeks until our baby girl makes her grand entrance. 🎀

Between growing a business, growing a family, and preparing for this next chapter, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.

Daily life lately... 🤰🏽✨

Growing a baby, managing a business, and helping my clients feel their best—one session at a time.

This season has taught me a lot about slowing down, giving myself grace, and accepting help when I need it.

I’m thankful for clients who ask about baby girl, bring snacks, tell me to sit down, and continue supporting my small business through it all. 🤍

Baby girl will be here before we know it, but until then, we’re still showing up.
