💦 Beat the Heat! 💦

Children can become dehydrated quickly during the summer.

Watch for signs like:
💧 Dry lips or mouth
😴 Fatigue
😢 Few or no tears when crying
🚽 Fewer wet diapers or trips to the bathroom
🤕 Headache or dizziness

Keep everyone hydrated by offering water often—even before they say they're thirsty!

Fresh fruit like watermelon, oranges, and grapes can also help increase hydration.
