We are an independent Adult & Pediatric Primary Care practice with an on-site pharmacy specializing in HIV & Infectious Disease Care, LGBTQIA+ Care, Diabetes Care, and Addiction Medicine & Counseling including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid, alcohol, and to***co addiction.
