where breath becomes prayer,
movement becomes ritual,
and the body remembers what the soul already knows.

This is yoga.

Not simply shapes made with the body—but a practice of returning.

Returning to presence.
Returning to breath.
Returning to the quiet place within where the noise falls away and something deeper begins to speak.

Tonight, we gather in the glow of candlelight for Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior—a practice woven with meditation, chanting, breath, asana, music, and mantra.

We will move.
We will breathe.
We will chant.
We will sweat.
We will become still.

And somewhere between the first breath and the final mantra, perhaps you will remember:

You were never separate from the sacred.
