Reiki Refresher Course

For Those Who Need a Tune-Up!

It’s time to reconnect, refresh, and reactivate your Reiki practice.

Have you completed Reiki Level I, II, or Master training but have not practiced in a while? Are you feeling a little rusty with your techniques, hand placements, or confidence in using Reiki? Or maybe you simply want space to reconnect with your practice in a supportive environment.

This Reiki Refresher Course is designed for previously trained Reiki practitioners who want to revisit foundational teachings, strengthen their confidence, and get back into the flow of practice.

Whether it has been a few months or several years, this course offers an opportunity to refresh your knowledge, reconnect with Reiki energy, and engage in guided hands-on practice.

What We’ll Cover

* Review of Reiki principles and foundational techniques
* Refreshing hand placements and energy work practices
* Reconnecting with intuition and energetic awareness
* Guided hands-on practice
* Space for questions, clarity, and confidence-building
* Supportive connection with other Reiki practitioners

This is not a certification course.
It is a refresher experience for those who have already received Reiki training and want to review, practice, and reconnect.

What does it mean to feel rooted in who you are?

In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, join us for an evening of self-exploration, creativity, and healingdesigned to reconnect you with your identity, inner strength, and the parts of yourself you want to nurture and reclaim.

Through a guided Collage of Self, you’ll have space to reflect on the qualities, values, experiences, dreams, and strengths that make you you. No artistic experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

We’ll close the evening with a restorative sound healing experience, offering an opportunity to slow down, ground, reflect, and integrate.

For Reiki practitioners who feel called to deepen their energy work, Ashakti Wellness offers the Shamanic Reiki Practitioner Path.

This is an advanced training designed for Reiki Level II practitioners and above.
Two ways to walk this journey —
Practitioner Path: $1,888. January–June training, live instruction, the in-person Residency & plant medicine ceremony, integration experiences, certificate on completion.

— Full Immersive Path: $4,444. Everything in the Practitioner Path, plus the Shamanic Ancestral Retreat + Closing Immersion in Tulum, Mexico — 5 days, 5 nights, July 2027.

Both paths begin the same way: apply for free, and if accepted, a $333 deposit secures your spot and is applied toward your tuition.
