Sis Kiara started as a clinical intern serving the Community Connections program. She built a Caseload and now is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with a strong foundation in community-based practice, youth development, and holistic approaches to mental health.

She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has several years of experience in social work, case management, and mentoring, along with over a decade of experience supporting youth and families in community settings.

Kiara is passionate about walking alongside youth, individuals, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, access resources, and build restorative practices. Her work is rooted in a strengths-based, client-centered approach that honors each person’s lived experience while fostering growth, healing, and self-discovery. She is especially committed to creating supportive spaces that reflect anti-oppressive and culturally responsive care.

Her professional background includes facilitating youth development programs, leading group discussions, and supporting individuals through goal setting, emotional wellness, and life transitions. Kiara integrates resource navigation and therapeutic support as clients create meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of her professional role, Kiara prioritizes self-care and wellness practices that allow her to show up fully for those she serves. She enjoys journaling, meditation, spending time in nature, and engaging in reflective practices that promote harmony and inner peace.

Harmony Health has officially become a 501(c)(3) public charity, meaning your support can now go even further toward creating lasting, transformative change in our community!

To guide us into this next chapter, we’ve assembled a powerhouse Board of Directors, a dedicated team of leaders bringing expertise in mental health, trauma-informed care, financial governance, health equity, public policy, and systemic advocacy.

Together, we remain committed to treating the whole person, breaking down barriers to care, and advancing justice-centered, holistic wellness for individuals and families.

With over two decades of front-line experience in trauma-informed therapy and substance abuse treatment, Racquel ensures that Harmony Health’s programs remain evidence-based, compassionate, and deeply effective for individuals facing significant challenges.

Beyond her clinical insights, Racquel's skills in public speaking, group facilitation, and workshop leadership enhance the organization’s capability to connect with the public and stakeholders. By contributing her collaborative energy, she helps Harmony Health build sustainable partnerships and advocate for systemic, equitable, and holistic care, translating our mission into practical, impactful change for the families and communities we serve.

She is now accepting family members!

Sis Demetria Quinn is a licensed clinical social worker from the south side of Chicago. She has dedicated
over nine years to family and adolescent mental health, focusing on assisting young adults, families, and
children.

Demetria holds both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in social work, and she works with
individuals aged three and up. Her experience includes home services, day treatment, residential care,
intensive outpatient programs, and community mental health.

Demetria is passionate about uncovering the "whys" behind emotions and experiences. She believes in
helping people face their fears and find comfort in better understanding themselves. While some
challenges may persis, she is committed to guiding individuals to reduce their impact and feel a little less
scared.

She approaches every session with care, dedicated to processing thoughts and emotions at a pace that
feels right for each client. Demetria believes in leaving no wound behind and supporting individuals on
their path to healing. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys expressing herself through poetry, creating
children's mental health books, and connecting with nature through hiking. Demetria looks forward to the
opportunity to work alongside others on their healing journeys.
