Jamie, LMT Massage & Bodywork for active adults. Sports massage, deep tissue, myofascial release.

"I am passionate about helping active adults achieve recover faster and move smarter! My style can be seen as assessment driven, aka: how you move and what you feel is what leads the focus of the session. I integrate massage, movement, and breathwork into my sessions with a warm table, calming music, and dim lighting to create a relaxing environment."

Thank you, World Massage Festival for an awesome event!

I was able to learn from THE Shamaya Chah! I can't get enough of her teaching style and will be back for more. Her ability to mix wittyness and knowledge is unmatched. Thank you ✨️

Reunited with my PA/MD friends who picked a beautiful house in the mountains with a secret creek to freeze in, one of the best ways to breathe in the fresh mountain air 💙

Thank you, and, for your teachings and training with your athletes multiple times this week!

Had a relaxing week walking the boardwalk, riding a SS beach cruiser to see the sea lions, and surfing.

riding the beach cruiser up to La Jolla was hillier than I thought it would be! Got sunburned on my calves but used all of the sunscreen I brought with me 😜

Learning from the best, Mr. Tom Myers, author of Anatomy Trains, this weekend!

Boone's stunning mountains were the perfect backdrop. Hiking through them was a great way to unwind and made for a great getaway.

Fun fact: 3300 people can fit in this meditation hall.
