Ann Bruce is the founder of The CranioSacral Therapy Center of Charlotte, where she helps clients release pain, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies. Trained by the renowned Upledger Institute, Ann also serves as a teaching assistant in their CranioSacral Therapy programs, represents the Institute at national conferences, and participates in Upledger Foundation–sponsored Healing Intensives.

Her specialized practice attracts clients from across the United States seeking care for autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, neurological issues, trauma, and chronic stress. Ann is also recognized as a concussion specialist, working with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes to support neurological recovery and post-impact healing.
