☀️ August is National Summer Sun Safety Month! 💙

Summer adventures are some of the best childhood memories—but staying safe in the sun helps keep the fun going! Whether your family is headed to the pool, the playground, or the beach, remember these sun safety tips:

🧴 Apply (and reapply!) broad-spectrum sunscreen every 2 hours.
🧢 Wear hats and lightweight, protective clothing.
💧 Keep kids hydrated with plenty of water.
🌳 Take breaks in the shade, especially between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Even with the best planning, sunburns and heat-related illnesses can happen. If your child isn't feeling well after too much time in the sun, our team is here to help.

Here's to a safe, happy, and sunshine-filled August! ☀️💛
