She came to see me dealing with 🚫Grade 3 capsular contracture on the left and severe lateral displacement into the right armpit, alongside natural tissue ptosis.

📋Our initial plan was a complete explant, pocket revision, and a full mastopexy (lift). ☝🏻However, we adapted intraoperatively!

By placing a compact ⚪️245cc Motiva implant, we effectively filled and tented the lax tissue, completely eliminating the need for a lift.
