Every day, our team shows up to help the little ones face their fears and grow up healthy and strong. This week reminded us that we can’t do anything without each other. Building a strong culture means pitching in, anticipating needs, and lifting each other up—sometimes with a kind word, and sometimes with a shared laugh!

Vitamin K is a fat-soluble nutrient that helps our bodies make blood clots to stop bleeding. Adults and older children get vitamin K from foods like leafy greens, meat, dairy and eggs. But babies have very little vitamin K in their bodies at birth, putting them at risk for dangerous bleeding problems.
