As Gale Cleaning Co. continues to grow, my role is changing.

There was a time when I personally cleaned every single property. These days, I am not the one cleaning every home or business, but I am involved in every single one.

Growth does not mean lowering our standards. It means protecting them.

A big part of my job now is quality control. Every day I am visiting properties, checking behind my team, reviewing photos, and making sure every clean reflects the standards that built our reputation.

Anyone can say they care about quality. We choose to prove it.

This is the part of cleaning that doesn’t always make it into the pretty after photos.

It’s hauling off extra trash so it’s not left for the homeowner or next guest.

It’s noticing when something is loose, leaking, broken, missing, or just not quite right.

It’s checking the details most people would walk past, like loose faucet parts, vents not sitting correctly, supplies that need restocking, and anything that could affect the property or guest experience.
