We are proud to work with so many wonderful organizations and churches in our communities, like Grace Lutheran Church - Hendersonville, NC, to make mental health care more accessible!

Donโ€™t drop the ball on mental health!

At Grace Lutheran Church, weโ€™re working to break the silence around mental health and reduce stigma by offering a behavioral health and wellbeing series. Past topics include: caring for the caregiver, su***de awareness for faith communities and menโ€™s mental health. These programs have allowed people to share their personal stories and connect with others. Join us for our next session on May 21, from 5:30-6:30 PM, when Resources for Resilience will talk about how stress affects us and simple ways to feel better.
