such a fabulous Family Yoga Kindred Cville this morning. we practiced all kinds of ocean creature yoga poses in our story collaboration and had fun working together to pass blocks around with back bends and plow pose. and don’t even get me started with our amazing block balancing acts.

today’s incredible Family Yoga Kindred Cville brought to you with a gorgeous book from Jefferson-Madison Reg. Library and awesome guided meditation from Sada. it’s August and the energy and emotions can be a bit chaotic as children and parents navigate the start of a new school year. today in class we practiced different mindfulness strategies that we can use anywhere when the world is feeling a bit overwhelming.
