"It is always 3am, raining, and you are at the intersection of two maps, when your country needs you the most." This is US military officers' joke. It rings true right now. We are all busy. We all have our lives pressuring us to be distracted.

Much like with yoga, it is when you least have time, that you can benefit the most from turning to your practice. We must make time in our crazy lives to be active in our communities and to connect with our grounding activities (be it yoga, meditation, dance or anything else). It's at the toughest moments that we are most needed to step up.
