🎉 Work Anniversary Wednesday! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Seth, our Maintenance Director, on his work anniversary! Since joining Charlottesville Health & Rehab in 2022, Seth has been the go-to person for keeping our building running smoothly and creating a safe, welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

Outside of work, Seth enjoys skiing, rock climbing, spending time with his boys and his pup, Arlo, and every year returns to Vermont to work at Tygart Mountain Sports. Fun fact: He’s an Eagle Scout, has backpacked through Alaska, and has skied at 28 different ski resorts across the U.S. and Canada!

Residents and staff have enjoyed a variety of shark-themed activities throughout the week, and our Shark Punch was a definite favorite! We even created a recipe flyer so everyone can make this refreshing treat at home.

Today we’re celebrating Martha Perkins, our Director of Nursing, on her 1-year anniversary with Charlottesville Health & Rehab! 🎉

Over the past year, Martha has brought compassionate leadership, unwavering dedication, and a genuine passion for caring for others. Backed by 26 years of nursing experience, she leads by example and inspires those around her every day.

Her reminder to take care of yourself while caring for others is something we can all learn from, and her kindness continues to make a lasting difference for our residents, families, and team.
