Our Lady of Peace Retirement Community Residential & Assisted Living, Memory Care, Nursing Care since 1992

Our Lady of Peace, a non-denominational and non-profit community sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, has been carefully designed to offer quality care and specialized services to older adults with unique needs. The Diocese, Board of Directors, Management and Staff of this community are dedicated to continuing comfort, dignity, and peace of mind for residents in our Retirement Apartments, Assisted Living Center, Memory Care Center, and Nursing Center.

🌟 WEEKLY SPOTLIGHT 🌟

This week’s Spotlight shines on our wonderful Front Office Administrative Assistant, Mike! 🎉

Mike has been a valued member of the Our Lady of Peace family for 8 years! He began his journey with us in the Maintenance Department and has since transitioned to our Front Office, where he helps keep things running smoothly and welcomes everyone with a helping hand.

But Mike wears more than one hat! He also serves as one of our van drivers, helping our residents get where they need to go safely. 🚐💙

Mike’s willingness to step into different roles and support our community wherever he is needed is just one of the many reasons we appreciate having him on our team.

Dana and Lori would like to thank our fellow committee members, referral partner friends, volunteers, Random Row Brewing and Sheri Owen of the Alzheimer's Association Central and Western Virginia for a successful evening fundraising!!

The Walk to End Alzheimer’s Walk will be held Sunday, October 18th at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital starting at noon!! Please come out to support such a great cause as we raise awareness and funds for vital Alzheimer’s care, support and research!!

🍩 Dunkin’ Donuts Treat – Our night shift employees received a tasty treat as part of Employee Appreciation Week! We wanted to make sure our amazing night team felt just as celebrated and appreciated for everything they do. ❤️

🌈 Tie-Dye Day – Our employees showed off their colorful Tie-Dye Attire while enjoying delicious cupcakes made by Admire Cakes by Jay! 🧁 We also turned up the excitement with Fast Bingo, where employees had the chance to win an assortment of fun prizes! 🎁
