Our Lady of Peace Retirement Community Residential & Assisted Living, Memory Care, Nursing Care since 1992

Our Lady of Peace, a non-denominational and non-profit community sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, has been carefully designed to offer quality care and specialized services to older adults with unique needs. The Diocese, Board of Directors, Management and Staff of this community are dedicated to continuing comfort, dignity, and peace of mind for residents in our Retirement Apartments, Assisted Living Center, Memory Care Center, and Nursing Center.

Many thanks to the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, Monsignor Keeney, Father William and Karen Lansing,from Church of the Incarnation, The Catholic Virginian, Our Lady of Peace Pastoral Counselor Obie Sue Thomas, our OLOP residents,and of course, the perpetual pilgrims of the National Eucharistic Procession, for giving us this honor of blessing our entire community. We are truly in awe that we had the honor of being a stop on this pilgrimage.

The 2026 National Eucharistic Pilgrimage is taking place along the East Coast to honor the 250th anniversary of the United States. From Memorial Day weekend, to July 5, it features a continuous Eucharistic procession traveling through the original 13 colonies. We are so honored that they will be coming here to Our Lady of Peace, in conjunction with Church of the Incarnation, momentarily.

This month, we had the pleasure of celebrating our amazing RNs & LPNs during Nursing Week! 🩺

From delicious fruit platters and relaxing in-house massages to Firehouse lunch, Crumbl cookies, Bundt cupcakes, nurse-themed cupcakes by Admire Cakes by Jay, and thoughtful goodie bags — we loved every moment of showing appreciation for the incredible nurses who care for our residents each and every day.

Thank you for the countless ways you go above and beyond. Our team and community are better because of you! 💜
