No pre-registration, just walk on, pay $20 (14 & under FREE), lay out your towel and enjoy! Beginners are welcome & encouraged. Movement is slow, focus is on breath & safe alignment. t sand. Each class ends with savasana, time for relaxation. Kripalu yoga on the beach will strengthen your body, calm your mind, reduce stress and provide an opportunity for improving your health. Classes are cancelled on rainy days but we do practice in the Chatham fog.

I often hear regular beach yogis say "takes me a few classes before I remember what to bring" so here is what to bring...

Beach towel or a sarong.
Sunscreen.
Water.
Sunglasses and a hat.

Money and cell phone (silent mode). Feel free to take photos and post to my page or Instagram.

Extra layer of clothing.

Sometimes I wear my bathing suit under comfortable light clothing but you may want to pack yours.
