REMINDER: We will be closing at 1:00p.m. today!

It’s homecoming week in Chatom🎉🏈

CPC will be closing early on Thursday, October 15. Due to the homecoming parade route preventing patients to access our clinic, we will close at 1:00 p.m.

Clinic hours on Thursday will be from 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., with appointments available during our normal lunch closure. Regular clinic hours will resume Friday, October 16. If you’re needing to schedule an appointment, call us at 251.847.6262. We apologize for any inconvenience!

With the storm quickly approaching, here are some safety tips to help you prepare!

🌀Call your pharmacy or your doctor’s office to make sure you have enough of your medications on hand. Make sure you have them stored where you can get to them.

🌀Make sure you have alternative power sources to utilize your medical device(s).

🌀 Charge all of your electronic devices so you have a way to stay informed of the weather and to contact loved ones.

🌀Update your emergency contact list and keep it close.

Our clinic will be open the remainder of today and will be open regular hours tomorrow. If you’re needing an appointment or medication refills, call us at 251.847.6262.

This month we honor the strong women that have fought or are currently fighting Breast Cancer.

Two of these incredible women are a part of the CPC family. We’re so grateful for them and so blessed to have them at our clinic! We wear our pink for Sydney and Lana🎀
