We are currently accepting new patients at this time. Most insurance companies are in network, however, we are not in network with Medicaid or Ambetter. We are in network with all the Medicare Advantage plans, including Humana.

We offer same day sick appointments. We see all ages from babies to 100. We offer all preventative services for men and women. We offer DOT physicals, sports physicals and all school physicals. Dr. Fattouh manages all chronic illnesses. She can also do joint injections, Incision and drainage, skin lesion and mole removals. We offer a diet program and many other primary care needs.

Dr. Fattouh is our only provider and you will see the same doctor each visit. If you are looking for a provider or need a new one give us a call at 706-695-5500 to schedule an appointment.
