Hospice of Chattanooga

Hospice of Chattanooga Dedicated to the belief that no one should reach the end of life alone, afraid or in pain, and that

Hospice of Chattanooga began in 1981 as an all-volunteer agency. Today, it is the community's oldest, largest, not-for-profit, United Way-supported hospice. We are specialists in end-of-life care, with full-time physicians on staff certified in palliative medicine to manage pain and symptoms. Medicare covers the full cost of hospice care for terminally ill individuals who choose the hospice benefi

t and agree to stop seeking curative treatments. Most private insurance plans also cover hospice care and reimbursements vary by plan. As a not-for-profit hospice provider, Hospice of Chattanooga never turns away a terminally-ill individual because of an inability to pay for our services. We rely on support from the community and donations made to The Hospice of Chattanooga Foundation subsidize our non-reimbursed care. We provide quality end of life care to 18 counties in Tennessee and North Georgia. In Tennessee, we serve Hamilton, Bradley, Polk, McMinn, Meigs, Rhea, Bledsoe, Sequatchie, Grundy, and Marion counties. In Georgia serving Catoosa, Whifield, Murray, Gordon, Floyd, Chattooga, Walker, and Dade counties. We at Hospice of Chattanooga will take the time to listen, honor your choices, and walk with you through life's journey.

We wanted to take a moment to congratulate once again our 2026 President's Circle winners! We are proud to recognize these outstanding individuals for their exceptional performance, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

Being recognized as a President's Circle winner represents far more than production. It reflects the trust built within the community, the relationships developed over time, and a shared commitment to serving patients and families during some of the most important moments of their lives.

As one of this year's honorees, Valerie shared, "Being recognized as a President's Circle winner is both humbling and incredibly meaningful." Her words capture what this recognition represents for so many of our winners—showing up consistently, building genuine relationships, serving as trusted resources, and always putting people first.

Each honoree has made a lasting impact, please join us in congratulating our 2026 President's Circle winners! 🎉
