We are the largest independent pediatric therapy employer that serves Tennessee and North Georgia. Our services include occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language therapy staffing for all settings. We offer administrative assistance for Medicaid reimbursement in schools across the state of Tennessee. Stellar Therapy Services is owned and operated by Melissa Christopher, OT/L and was founded in 2001.

Exciting news for Tennessee OTs and OTAs! 🎉 Stellar is thrilled to see expanded opportunities for occupational therapy professionals through the OT Compact.🤩

📢 Big news for Tennessee OTs and OTAs!

As May 20, 2026, Tennessee practitioners can apply for compact privileges through the Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact (OT Compact). 🎉

What does that mean? If you live in TN and hold an active, unencumbered license here, you’ll be able to apply to practice in other compact member states without needing a full separate license.

✅ Apply through the OT Compact (not individual state boards)
✅ Fee: $75 OTC fee + TN state fee ($125 OT / $100 OTA)
✅ No TN jurisprudence required
