So you’re 36 weeks, baby is breech, and you really REALLY want a v@ginal birth. What should you do?
Number one is make sure you’re hydrated. So, so many moms are dehydrated and don’t know. I’m not just talking fluid, I’m talking crucial minerals to cellular function. Hydrate OFTEN with a high quality electrolyte.
Obviously I would also suggest getting adjusted, but I’ll be honest - if you’re just starting chiro care at 36 weeks, you’re late to the game. Can we still balance the pelvis for optimal function before you deliver? Maybe. Hard maybe.
So when should you start getting adjusted during pregnancy? I like 20 weeks at a minimum, but most of my moms love starting as soon as they find out. We can catch any constraint issues early and they resolve easily. This month, every single one of our mamas had babies that were head down at birth! 🎉 Now thats not always the case, but these mommas worked hard to create an optimal birth space for their growing little bean.
