⚾ BOMA CHATT October Membership Meeting ⚾

Join us on Wednesday, October 28, from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM at Erlanger Park, the exciting new home of the Chattanooga Lookouts!

We're pleased to welcome Rich Mozingo, President of the Chattanooga Lookouts, as our featured speaker. Rich will share insights on Chattanooga's newest premier venue and the impact of Erlanger Park in our community & businesses, a state-of-the-art ballpark and community gathering place that opened in 2026 in the South Broad District.

A special thank you to our meeting sponsor, Matt Dowd with Bartlett Tree Experts. Since 1907, Bartlett has been a leader in scientific tree and shrub care, helping commercial and residential property owners maintain healthy landscapes through expert arboricultural services, diagnostics, and plant health care programs.

📍 Parking & Arrival Information
Please use the VIP parking lot (Map Included!)

2701 Chestnut Street, Chattanooga, TN 37408

When you arrive, you will come to a 4-way stop. Continue through the framing of an old industrial building. Once you go through the building, continue driving over the railroad tracks and pedestrian walkway. Take a left at the stop sign (where there is only a pile of dirt on the right) and continue until you can turn into a gravel parking lot on your left.

We look forward to seeing you for great networking, lunch, and an inside look at one of Chattanooga's most exciting new destinations!
