What I LOVE the most about legs up the wall in hammock,
NO PRESSURE POINTS-
The floor yoga class I attend at yoga studio in Houma has us do this at the end of class. By propping the lower back with a bolster, pillows at home, it’s amazingly comfortable and so beneficial💚
