Colonoscopy is the gold standard!

05/26/2026

It’s usually not dramatic. It sometimes starts with things people brush off every day:

• persistent fatigue
• bloating or abdominal discomfort
• constipation or changes in bowel habits
• unexplained weight loss
• anemia
• stool that looks thinner than usual
• feeling “off” for months

Blood in the stool can happen, but many cases are far quieter than people expect. If something feels different in your body and it’s not going away, get checked.

Liver cirrhosis is silent until it’s serious.

Take fatty liver, also known as MASLD, seriously to avoid progression to cirrhosis. Drop your questions in the comments and let me know what topic I should cover next!
