You may have heard the term "pairing" in ABA therapy, but what is it? 📚

Pairing is building a trusting and positive relationship between therapist and client. And reinforcers and motivators are a great way to achieve this goal!

Here is a something to consider though, there is no one size fits all 💪✨

Pairing isn’t the same for everyone! People have different motivators and may require extra pairing in some cases.

Danielle has been making a difference with us for three years and with the sister company REC for two. Favorite part about working in ABA? “Seeing the students progress in everyday things.”
