UPDATE: To ensure the safety of our patients, providers and staff, we have implemented the following protocols during the pandemic to ensure everyone’s safety, as waiting room space is very limited:

Call our Office at 978-256-1858 when you arrive in the parking lot in order to check in for your appointment
There has been an update to our visitor policy effective November 18th:
Visitors are not allowed to accompany patients at their in-person visits
We ask that no children accompany patients at their in-person visits
Exceptions to our visitor policy for patients that require assistance must be pre-approved by management.

This is in coordination with practicing social distancing, which is being asked of all of us to help "Flatten the Curve".

To OB/GYN patients ~ this is an update about what’s happening in our offices at this time.

We want to thank all of you for your patience and understanding while we make efforts to keep you, your families, our staff and providers safe during this trying time.

Our doors will continue to be open and we will see patients who need to be seen. Having said that, we do expect, over the next 2-3 weeks that we will continue to be open for emergencies and prenatal visits only. We will continue to reschedule all non-urgent visits.

As stated, if we are going to cancel and/or reschedule, you will receive a call from someone in our office. If you don’t get a call then your appointment is being kept. Please keep in mind that you may need to see a different provider, as your provider may not be available due to the current health crisis.

The virus is in the Merrimack Valley and there are patients currently hospitalized with the COVID-19 diagnosis. This is real health crisis and we are taking it very seriously. We ask that you continue to maintain social distancing, remaining at home, and practice frequent hand washing.

Prescription refills will continue to be filled over the next couple of months until this crisis abates.
FYI, as long as you have refills left on a prescription, your pharmacy will provide a 90 day refill along with home delivery.
