Heart health doesn’t take a summer break.

Palm Springs Post Acute is now booking July and August dates for our Heart Smart Summer Series: Don’t Let Your Heart Take a Vacation, a fun, no-pressure senior education program designed to help older adults better recognize early heart failure warning signs, track symptoms, and know when to call for help.

Each session includes a short educational presentation, an interactive game to reinforce key takeaways, and a small gift for participants. Through our Heart Failure Program, supported by a cardiology nurse practitioner consultant and American Heart Association Certified Care, we’re proud to bring practical heart health education directly to local seniors.
