Toe-DL Wellness Reflexology is an integrative health practice, which maps a reflection of the body predominantly on the feet and hands.

Reflexology is a science and an art that deals with the principle there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs, and parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can help many health problems in a natural way, as a type of preventative maintenance.
