Massage isn’t just about muscles and pain- it’s about taking care of the body you live in and learning to love it

So, I should've put some updates here along the way...

I fell off a horse and broke my collar bone and some ribs, and had a compression fracture of my L1 and hit my head nice and hard back on April 10! So I let my massage room in Cheney go at that time, because I had to be off work for 3 months.

I have been back to work at Elements on the South Hill since July, but dont have a space in Cheney yet. I'll let you know when I do, because I would love to have the opportunity to work in my community!

In the meantime, I've been coming across some really helpful videos and posts that I'd like to share 😊
