Build strength, break a sweat, and get it done in 45 minutes! This full-body class combines some of your favorite strength moves with cardio and conditioning to keep you moving and challenged. You may use dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight, and more to build strength, improve endurance, and leave feeling energized. Designed to give you an effective, well-rounded workout in a short period of time.

Join Kim at 6am on Tuesdays! And with every new class - let her know what you think! Want more cardio, weights, something else? We're all ears! Our instructors are here to curate classes for you to enjoy and feel challenged!

We’re so excited to welcome Emma back to The Wellness Vault after her maternity leave!

This quicker-paced Vinyasa-style class will keep you moving as you flow from pose to pose, with longer holds mixed in to build strength, stamina, and focus. Expect to warm up, work hard, and leave feeling energized — all set to a fun, upbeat playlist. Open to all levels!

We know so many of you have been asking when Emma would be back, and we’re VERY excited to finally say… she’s back! 🥹🤍

Our hearts have been hurting for our neighbors.
