Education Wednesday with Michaela!

We get it. You don’t want to cut your hair and lose length. We hear it all of the time and it’s totally valid! HOWEVER… hear us out…

1. Once the split starts, it keeps traveling upward
2. Trims stop the damage before you lose MORE length.
3. Split ends don’t heal. They continue unraveling
4. Keeping every inch can actually make your hair LOOK thinner.
5. Cutting off the dead ends actually makes the hair look fuller and thicker and helps it to grow!

We recommend regular trims every 8-12 weeks, but if you are highlighting and chemically treating the hair, we recommend trims at 6-8 weeks!
