🎉 Happy 4-Year Anniversary, Jesus! 🎉

We recently celebrated Jesus’ 4-year anniversary as a paraoptometric technician at Madras Vision Source! 👓

When he’s not busy taking great care of our patients, Jesus is hard at work pursuing his Biology degree at OSU-Cascades. His kindness, patience, and friendly personality make him a favorite among our patients and such a valued member of our team!

We’re so lucky to have him! Help us congratulate Jesus on four wonderful years! 🎉

When your staff makes you an entire calendar of themselves recreating gloriously awkward ’90s photos, you obviously have to share. 😂

September is Paraoptometric Appreciation Month, and I’m so grateful for this talented, hardworking, hilarious crew. They take amazing care of our patients, keep our office running, and make even the crazy days fun. ❤️

And since it’s also Office Management Appreciation Month, an extra shout-out to Reema, who keeps this circus organized! I truly don’t know what I’d do without her. ❤️

Happy appreciation month to the best team around!

☀️😎 Sunshine + Style + Serious Eye Protection = Your Perfect Pair of Sunglasses 😎☀️

We all love a good sunny day—but did you know your eyes need protection just as much as your skin? UV rays can cause long-term damage like cataracts and macular degeneration (not so fun 😬).

A great pair of sunglasses isn’t just about looking cool (although that’s a bonus 😉). They help:
🕶️ Block harmful UV rays
🕶️ Reduce glare for safer driving
🕶️ Keep your eyes comfortable all day
🕶️ Protect the delicate skin around your eyes

So whether you’re heading to the lake, driving around town, or just soaking up some Central Oregon sunshine—don’t forget your shades!

Need a new pair? We’ve got you covered with styles you’ll love AND protection your eyes need. Stop by and check them out! 😎✨

While sunglasses are important throughout the year, our eyes tend to get more exposure to harmful UV light during the summer.

Unfortunately, not all sunglasses provide protection, and the wrong pair can actually cause more damage to your eyes. If it’s time to upgrade your sunglasses, we’re here to help you find a pair you’ll love.

Did you know your eye exam can give insight into your overall health? 👁️✨
We’re excited to offer the LifeMeter—a quick, non-invasive fingertip scan that measures carotenoid antioxidant levels in your skin. These levels are directly linked to your overall health and the health of your macula (the part of your eye responsible for central vision).
This advanced technology provides immediate, objective results and can help identify nutritional deficiencies that may increase the risk of macular degeneration.
It’s fast, easy, and a powerful step toward protecting your vision for the future!
