Consider this your little reminder before the holiday weekend hits. š
Before the road trips, the cookouts, the overstimulation, the missed naps, the extra sugar, the late nights, and the āwhy is everyone melting down?ā momentsā¦
come get your nervous system checked. š
Seriously though,long weekends are FUN, but they can also be a lot on our bodies.
Especially for the mamas carrying the mental load, the babies already struggling with regulation, or the kiddos whose little nervous systems get thrown off routine so easily.
This is why we care so much about proactive care in our office. Not because something is āwrongā ā but because your body functions better when the nervous system is supported the way God designed it to be.
