Talk about a FULL CIRCLE moment. 🥹💗

The little girls in the picture on the left are me, Jasmine (who now works for Born to Shine!), and an old childhood friend of ours in the middle.

Fast forward ALL these years later, and who would've thought Jasmine and I would be working side by side?! 🥹 Life is seriously crazy sometimes!

Today, I received this little handwritten note, and I'm not going to lie, it caught me completely off guard. And honestly? It came on a day I really needed it. From one of our crew members ❤️

Running a small business isn't always sunshine and rainbows. There are hard days, stressful days, and days you question just about everything.

But then something as simple as a handwritten note reminds you why you keep showing up. 🥹

**THIS is why you support small businesses. ** Because behind every small business is a real person, with real feelings, working their tail off to make something of their dreams.

Sometimes the smallest gestures make the BIGGEST impact.

Jasmine is one of the lovely faces helping us bring that Born to Shine sparkle into our clients' homes! ✨
As our company continues to grow, we're so excited to have team members like Jasmine along for the journey. Every person brings something different to our crew, and that's what makes our team so special!

🌸 Fun Fact #1: she once tried to catch a live stingray while at the ocean - forgetting their deadly!
🌸 Fun Fact #2: she spends a majority of my free time advocating for survivors of abuse/assault - while holding a nation wide advocacy certificate.
🌸 Fun Fact #3: It was discovered during an emergency surgery that she has 3 ureters on her right kidney - a rare genetic disorder occurring in less than 0.5% of the world's population!

Everyone, meet KAYLA! 👋💕

Kayla is the newest addition to our Born to Shine Clean Co. crew, and she literally just started with us LAST FRIDAY! 🎉

She's still learning where everything goes, getting familiar with our cleaning routines, and probably wondering what kind of crazy cleaning crew she just signed up for! 🤪🧼

But hey, we all start somewhere!

One of the most exciting parts of growing our business is welcoming new faces, helping them build confidence, and watching them find their groove.

Today we're shining the spotlight on another one of our wonderful cleaning technicians, Raigan! 💕

Raigan is one busy lady! During the school year, she works Monday through Friday as a paraprofessional, but that doesn't stop her from being part of our Born to Shine crew! 📚🫧

She typically works two shifts a week with us during the school year and jumps in to help even more during those busy summer months whenever she can! ☀️💪

We love having team members who are dedicated to multiple passions, and Raigan is a great example of that!

As our company continues to grow, having dependable team members who are willing to jump in and help makes such a difference. We're grateful to have Raigan as part of our crew year-round! 💗
