Nursing at Cherry Hill Free Clinic is about so much more than taking vitals. 💙

Our nurses—working alongside our EMTs, MAs and CHWs—are at the heart of how we care for our patients. They triage medical needs, reconcile medications, assist with procedures, provide screenings and referrals, educate patients on managing their health at home, and connect families with resources addressing food, housing, mental health and other social needs.

They’re also out in the community providing screenings and health education, helping lead our quality improvement work, supporting grant initiatives, and training the next generation of nurses through student preceptorships.

Clinical skill. Education. Advocacy. Compassion.

We’re incredibly grateful to our entire nursing team for helping make CHFC the kind of place where patients are cared for as whole people. 💙

What a day. 🚴💙

Today, more than 1,100 cyclists from across 22 states and Canada took part in the Spellbound Century, riding distances of up to 100 miles to support Cherry Hill Free Clinic.

A sincere thank you to the incredible TNT Cycling community for your unwavering support, camaraderie, and commitment to making this event such a success. We are also deeply grateful to every cyclist, volunteer, sponsor, donor, and supporter who gave their time, energy, and heart to this cause.

Every mile ridden today helps ensure that our uninsured neighbors have access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare. We are humbled by your generosity and honored to be surrounded by a community that believes healthcare should be accessible to everyone.

💡There are moments when the meaning in our mission hits differently🌻

Consider this…
Most of our Team- Doctors, Nurses, NP’s, MA, EMT, Community Health Workers, Registration, Non-Clinical Staff, serve in clinic on their time off work, evenings and week ends.

Meaning … these angels value the wellness of that neighbor they serve MORE THAN their time off doing whatever else. 🥹🤯

For most of us, it’s some of the most meaningful work of our career. Hence, most start and never stop volunteering here.

Today we’re celebrating what can happen when organizations come together to advocate for our neighbors.

The Cherry Hill Free Clinic is honored to be a founding member of the New Jersey Free Clinic Association, whose collective advocacy helped strengthen support for New Jersey’s free and charitable clinics in this year’s state budget.

We are sincerely grateful to Governor Mikie Sherrill, Senate President nicholasscutari, Assemblyman Louis Greenwald, Speaker Craig J. Coughlin and all of the legislators who recognize the critical role free clinics play in caring for uninsured New Jersey residents.

This support will help free clinics continue providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to neighbors who might otherwise go without the care they need.

Thank you to everyone who worked together to make this possible. When we invest in healthcare access, we invest in healthier families, stronger communities, and a healthier New Jersey. ❤️

✨ Some news from all of us at the Cherry Hill Free Clinic… ✨

Last night, we were honored to be named the recipient of the Impact100 South Jersey Core Mission Grant.

For years, we have admired the remarkable women of Impact100 South Jersey and the way they come together to invest in organizations making a difference in our communities. To now be counted among this year's grant recipients is both humbling and deeply meaningful.

This recognition is not simply about a grant application. It is a reflection of an entire community of people who believe that healthcare is a human right and who show up, day after day, to make that belief a reality.

It belongs to our volunteer clinicians who give their time and expertise so generously. To the volunteers who answer phones, coordinate appointments, translate conversations, stock shelves, and welcome patients with compassion. To our staff, donors, and community partners whose commitment sustains this work. And to our patients, whose resilience and trust inspire us every single day.

For nearly a decade, the Cherry Hill Free Clinic has had the privilege of caring for uninsured neighbors across New Jersey—providing high-quality primary and specialty care free of charge to those who might otherwise go without.

To the members of Impact100 South Jersey : thank you for believing in our mission and investing in a healthier, more compassionate future for our region.
And to everyone who has been part of this journey, this honor belongs to you too.
