A hospital stay just before Ruth's 94th birthday left her family believing they'd have to miss celebrating the milestone together.

Instead, nurses, patient care technicians, guest relations and leaders at Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital came together to create a surprise birthday celebration complete with balloons, decorations and loved ones. The surprise gave Ruth and her family a memory they will never forget. 🥳

Colleagues recently raised more than $1,100 during our New Jersey hospitals' second annual Dunk Your Boss Day, with leaders volunteering for the dunk tank to support the Better Together Fund.
