🎒 Back-to-School Starts Before the First Bell Rings

Believe it or not, school season is just around the corner!

Before your child heads back to the classroom, here are a few backpack reminders:

🎒 Choose both shoulder straps.
🎒 Adjust straps so the backpack sits close to the body.
🎒 Keep heavier items closest to the back.
🎒 Clean out unnecessary items regularly.
🎒 A backpack should generally weigh no more than 10–15% of a child's body weight.

Healthy habits now can help prevent unnecessary strain throughout the school year.
