With a background in clinical, studio, and spa therapies I offer a truly customized experience based on your wellness goals. My goal is create a safe space, away from the stress of our daily lives, where you can truly relax and heal. I take the time to chat with you, but m

ore than that, tune in to what your body needs, where limitations are, and how you respond to the work. For massage, I assess where stress, pain or restrictions may be coming from and offer a range of modalities to get results. Sometimes client issues, stress and anxiety are not always physical and energy therapy may be better suited or a combination of both. I work with you to design a perfect session to get results on all levels. This is why I prefer longer sessions. I want you to fully address all issues you may bring and know you are leaving the office in a different state than you arrived. Julie has been busy leveling up her skills the past year. Her most recent training was for sports massage and corrective therapy and we’ve created a new service to highlight that: Peake Precision Functional Therapy. She also completed her Craniosacral level one and MLD coursework as well. She has a wide range of modalities to choose from to tailor your sessions. Appointments are open.

We’ve been expanding our skills at IPW and want to share them with you. In addition to Craniosacral and Breathwork training, Julie completed her corrective sports massage certification a few months ago. Her sessions include assessment and corrective therapy. This is more of an active session for clients where there may be stretching and movement. Perfect for sore bodies, athletes, or those looking for detailed work or to be combined with other modalities.

Ahhh, what an amazing ,dynamic experience. Just wow! This was my first time being immersed in sound that was amplified in a concert hall plus we had tickets on stage. My whole body vibrated and my spirit elevated. Top tier experience for sure. Thank you for soothing our souls this weekend.
