As we say good bye and congratulations to past students who graduate, Resolve Birth Services welcomes in a new student to continue the tradition of midwifery. Please help us welcome Melissa Logue!!
With 20 years of experience serving women and families as a birth doula, childbirth educator and breastfeeding counselor, Melissa is passionate about providing compassionate, family-centered care through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum season. As a student midwife, she is continuing to deepen her knowledge and skills in supporting mothers through informed, personalized care and empowering women to approach birth with confidence.
Melissa’s passion for childbirth is rooted not only in professional experience, but also in personal experience as the mother of eight children, all born at home, and grandmother of four. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for the beauty and strength of motherhood and the importance of compassionate support during every stage of the childbearing journey.
In addition to her work in birth and women’s care, Melissa serves alongside her husband in ministry as a pastor’s wife and enjoys encouraging and teaching women within her church community, including leading a ladies Sunday school class and hosting lady fellowships. Outside of ministry and birth work, she enjoys teaching piano, reading, spending cherished time with her family and serving others.
